I think this theory has been mentioned or some official information contradicts.

My theory is that all keyblade wielders but TAV and Mickey dies and we have been informed that Mickey is the keyblade wielder of the realm of darkness. That makes me wonder. There are four realms we know about. Light, Dark, Twilight and Nothingess. So what if the keyblade wielders decided to reside in one realm each. Aqua received the realm of nothingess and she entered it unaware of the consequences of being there and unlike Ansem she didn't think of writing down stuff so she disapeared. Then under unknown circumstances her keyblade was transformed into a completely different form. All that was left were her keyblade wich Ansem found when he were banished there and he picked it up. Later giving it to Riku who handed it over to Kairi in TWTNW.
If we look closely on the sky in the gathering place we see its sundown. A trademark for the realm of twilight. And since KH2FM+ owners got to fight him there i beleive he got the Twilight realm.
Now, before the KW were sent to their respective realms Ven decided that he wouldn't be able to protect the realm of light so he gave away his keyblade and he sealed a part of his mind in his keyblade and gave it to Riku. He also decided to make it impossible for him to acces the keyblade until the darkness invaded the world. I don't know if it's the nature of all keyblades to be able to switch owner but we know that the RoL keyblade can.

My other theory is short and simple. Any nobody of a keyblade wielder has a body identical to the original owner of the keyblade that their somebody were carrying.

I'm sorry but I don't think so my friend...
There are only three realms Light, Darkness, and In-Between.
The Twilight(In-Between) realm is the realm of nothingness.
That's one of the reasons why nobodies don't exist, because they don't have darkness or light. They are somewhere in-between. Nothing.

No i'm quite confident there are four relms. In in-between worlds like twilight town are while in the realm of nothingess there is nothing and anything that stays there for to long will become nothing as well unless you always remember your past. Ansem survived by writing the secret reports.

No. It is official that there are only two (Light and Dark). Everything else is somewhere in between or lacking of either of them (Twilight and Nothing).

This all contradicts Nomura's plane analogy. I think he clearly explained all the realms already.

No he's not. His keyblade is from the realm of darkness. Keyblade wielders don't have a specific realm they belong to.

Not really. The realm of light, the realm of darkness, and the realm of nothingness are the only realms.

Waaaaaaaay too much of a stretch. Aqua probably wasn't in the realm of nothingness. Even if she was, her keyblade would either be passed down to the next worthy keyblade wielder (if you believe in that), or go to the keyblade graveyard. Also, it has been established that Riku dual-wields to give Kairi the "gayblade"
