Terra = Xehanort?

All these signs point to Terra being Xemnas original self. Forgive me if this has already been posted, I haven't been on the forums in a while.

In Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days Xemnas says to Roxas "So, I've lost you to sleep yet again?", or something along those lines. I belive he wasn't referring to Roxas, but Ven when he said that. I mean, Roxas hasn't been lost to sleep before that incident, as far as we know. Which leads me to belive that Ven got erased in Birth By Sleep, and went to sleep, or something like that (afterall the game is called Birth By Sleep) afterall. In Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix+ we see Xemnas talking to what appears to be Aqua's armor, now he's either a loner, or he's somehow got the remains of Aqua, just her armor though (we wouldn't be seeing a 10 year old body in a game with Disney involved).

Now, this all leads back to Birth By Sleep. I propose that during the final battle in Birth By Sleep Aqua died, Ven got erased and Terra landed right on Ansem The Wise's doorstep with no memory of the events that occurred, only remembering the name Xehanort, therefore Terra naturally assumed that was his name, because we did hear that he couldn't remember much of his past at first in the secret reports. Then little by little Terra regained some of his memorys while under the apprenticeship of Ansem The Wise, and remembered what happened, but decided to keep Xehanorts identity. What leads me to belive this is that later down the track Ansem (Terras Heartless) decides to steal Ansem The Wise's identity, just as he did Master Xehanort's, and you know the rest. So there you have it, all signs point to Terra being MX, and I belive that he is Terra. I also belive that Xemnas was trying to bring both Ven and Aqua back.

That's the common theory, but I would still like to know where Vanitas fits in.
I think he's the real Xehanort.

when Xemnas said that i think he was referring to sora. Kind of make sense sora was currently sleep in the pods at the time.

We do know that Ven made his way through sora somehow and he made it to roxas when he was created(explains the crying parts of roxas). So, it really is confusing if he's refering to Sora or Roxas. but the contradiction to refering to Sora is that Sora hasn't slept before that also(except for normal ones) so he's probably refering to Roxas which is Ven, and since he knows that, he must be Terra...........................................................................................................................or probably just a fan of him. just like saix is to xemnas

In both case, as Xehanort (Ansem's student) has forgotten all about his past, maybe he's forgotten about the fact he can wield a Keyblade.

that still doesnt mean he cant use it XD

but of course if he is either MX or terra then that would explain how xehanort open the door to the worlds heart(just like riku did with destiny island)

I never said he couldn't use it, I said if Xehanort was to be Terra or MX, either way, he can use it but doesn't know. Same way as Riku couldn't summon the Keyblade when he was young, he didn't know that he could use it.

excuse me what are you doing?

this is the most common theory going around the kh universe, is accepted by nearly every one, and make sense if you think about it. look at the info we have at the moment, and also the ridiculously similar physical attributes.

sure this theory has been brought up quite a few times, but nonetheless it's a good theory. i'd rather hear the same good theory over and over than see a horrible one that required no thinking.

Roxas didn't have memory of his past but he still got a keyblade. It should at least take apprentice Xehanort at least get a keyblade remembered or not

In kh1 near ending, Sora, Donald, Goofy take of Ansem's shirtless form (forgot what's his form called)

I think that Ansem holding the staff weapon was like Riku's weapon, soul eater. Not sure if I should count this as weilding a keyblade, but this can count since it looks like a keyblade.

i dont think terra=xehanort theory seems to fit anymore. to me i feel vanitas is the one who survives from all these events. even though he control darnkness he still is human and isnt a heartless nor nobody. i was playing RE:COM last night and the scene where lexaesus(i cant remember how it spelled) told riku his power matched the superior and so did the rest of the org. members. i feel they refer to vanitas when he controlled the darkness. that is how i see it.
