People needs to stop going merely by "It's Nomura, so normal." This is a pretty classic style scene in friendship related game/anime, and that's what both those scenes are about.

Honestly, peoples found similarities between a scene in FF7 DOC where Nomura did nothing but the designs, and FF9 where he wasn't involved at all. Not to add every single artists are bound to re use old design in some shape or form. People just go on about Nomura because it's fun and this forum is about KH, but that's all.
