DS game =/= PSP game. It won't take the same amount of time :/
I'm along the lines of 4-6 months. But they might keep on delaying it like they did with Days... so don't get too hyped.

Ten days after we get it, if Days is anything to go by.

Spanish, French, German, Italian, plus other languages and then doing VA casting and VA recording, etc. Takes quite some time.

it would seem from all the other main line Kh games (KH1 KH2) that the NA release is normally about 3 to 6 months after it's initial release.However, this is only following two of the games. But I would say in Spring or Summer.

They need to take their time on this game for NA. I'm tired of seeing lazy localization (*ahem* voice and mouth syncing). Hopefully, they fixed that with Days.
