It just doesn't suit me in my opinion I personally think that it should be just left as a game series like manga and animes like blood the last vampire and Blood+ shouldn't be made into live actions. Amano even left out the "thank Namine note" (as far as I have read the manga's) so its just my opinion I'm not saying "don't buy the manga's" just because I don't really like them.

Yeah, the manga has things happen in a slightly different way, like how both visits for all the Disney worlds are merged into one (They go to Beast's Castle for the first time, and they emediatly fight Xaldin while there there, and vice versa).
Another thing, the Riku Replica doesn't die at the end of the CoM manga, so he may return in a future manga-exclusive story.

And there's also a really huge twist in the manga that doesn't happen in the game, and it's not just a random humorous twist, it's actually really relevent to the Manga's own individual storyline.

I dunno if somebody would consider this a spoiler if there reading the manga, so highlight below if you wanna see.
In the CoM manga, Vexen also makes copies of himself, the same way he made Riku Replica, and in Volume 3 of KH2, one of the copies turns up and kills Xaldin.

Chances are very slim. Something tells me that the manga/novels would be worse if DP picked it up.
