The big debate: Do Nobodies age?

The answer is yes and no. Normal Nobodies do not age. Normal being Xigbar, Xaldin, Vexen, ect. The point of this thread is to explain exactly how Nobodies such as Roxas, Namine, and Xemnas seem to age. Now before you say there is no concrete evidence of those 3 characters aging, stop and get out your copy of Kingdom Hearts 2. The information booklet that comes with the came clearly states that Roxas is 15 years old. In literal time he would only be a year old, but he has taken on Sora's age. This is quite curious because Roxas was created when Sora was 14 not 15. So Roxas should be 14. But since Roxas has been "alive" for a year he is now 15. This would seem to be impossible because Nobodies don't age. But Roxas is a special nobody. His original self is still alive and well. When a Nobody is born their original selves die. This is why they do not age. Nobodies can't age because neither can their original selves. This is because they have died. However since Sora is alive and aging, Roxas ages with him. Same goes for Namine. Kairi is still alive and aging so Namine will age as well. Now Xemnas is a curious case. He may not age because Xehanort may or may not still be alive. There's no confirmation or not on wether Xehanort has survived the process of spawning a Heartless and a Nobody.
So here's the basics:
Do Nobodies age? No.
CAN Nobodies age? Yes.
As we've seen "special" nobodies tend to break the rules. Roxas, Namine, Xemnas...(and even in some cases Axel) have original selves who are still alive(possibly for xemnas and axel), they age, and they show signs of having hearts and emotions. So here's the million dollar question: Are they really Nobodies at all? Or something completely different?

If your somebody continues to live on while the nobody does, I would think it makes sense that they would age.

There's no proof that Xemnas is aging, or even Axel. But Namine seems to age, and Roxas seems older than Sora. Roxas I would call a special nobody but Namine might fall under the "something completely different" category

i don't see how Axel's somebody would still be alive, and we know that Xemnas's somebody wasn't alive. But Namine and Roxas make sense

Well, Naminé isn't made of a body and soul, and the fact that if she is a Nobody is debateble.
With her compisition of being pretty much nothing, maybe she does.
There is a difference on how she looks in CoM and KH2.

But there is the Special Nobodies aging or not.
Roxas aging makes sense to me, since his Somebody lives on and ages.(it would be weird if Sora was like 50 and Roxas was still 14/15)

You mean "why does it even matter"? And if you do then the answer is simple. We've still yet to fully grasp what Nobodies are and IF Roxas and Namine can even be considered Nobodies.

Roxas could. At least he has a body and soul.

Namine has nothing. She's held together by nothing except a sense of self.

Actually, in the novels after Axel fades, Namine hints that Axel became a "Somebody" again.

Though the OP's talking about Axel's Somebody retaining sense of self when Axel still existed.

Roxas really doesn't look that much older to me, truthfully. :/ It's really only Namine that looks any older in KHII than she does in Re:CoM.

Also, Xemnas is a Special Nobody, too. Nomura hinted so, since he was asked something like: "Why does Xemnas keep his memories, when his Heartless kept them for himself?" He asnwered something like: "I don't know, he could be a Special Nobody, too"
