idk about kh1(i never beat sephiroth in kh1.), but in kh2 all u need is 2 b at least level 80 and have some growth abilities.

Well that's essentially with any boss, there's always a pattern, otherwise the game michgt be slightly more intense. I know you die when the clock goes down all around, but the fact that a simple stop spell every 30 seconds delays it moving seems fairly simple. Well to each his own I guess. I think we can agree though that any of these battles were tougher than the various forms of Ansem you had to fight.

How about the fact that you are probably more experienced with the game in general since playing KH1 and found it easier to beat him that way.. or the fact that his moves were basically a rehash of the same moves that he used in KH1, or the fact that the battle system of KH2 is much more fast paced and it's easier for Sora to keep up with Sephiroth due to the abilities that he has at his disposal in KH2 vs KH (faster, more agile,better jumping and dodging abilities)


Either one of those work.

i thought people were mostly complaining about which kingdom heart's sephiroth was harder. not stronger. -cough- -cough- okay i agree that kingdom hearts ii's sephiroth is stronger but kingdom hearts's one sephiroth is harder due to sora's lack of other abilities and strength.

Also, if you time it perfectly, Sephoroth cannot hit you. His auto draining abilities can be stopped be hitting him. Do it.
FM+, you get Strike Raid, making the perfect Sephiroth fight easier than in KH2.

Good theory just one problem: Sora can't use his drive forms in the fight vs. Sephiroth (Unless you use AR). So technically, he's still at a fraction of his strength but that fraction of power is still larger than the power he had in KH1.

Actually if you have FM+ you can go "Limit" form cause you dont need Party members for that form.

Well thats true but thats only 1 of 6 forms that is available to use.

But it does in fact make the fight alot easier seeing as how you cannot be hit when pulling off his "abilities" in that form. And thoes attacks hurt....alot.

of course sora is stronger is stronger in kh2, he has the experinace of his first adventure (as naminé has reestored his memories after COM) so think of it like this, take your level from kh1. that has become your level 5 (as thats where you enter at) in kh2. hope that makes sense.
