Personally, I would like to see either Rinoa or Vincent Valentine.
Even though Cloud had a Vincent inspired look in KH1, I'd still like to see the real character.
And I think it would be fun to have Rinoa and Leon react to each other in the game.

actually people have been wondering that Cloud in kh1 actually represented both vincent and cloud so....

what about other's like Lulu from ffx or ben from FFVII

I don't know of any Ben in FFVII, but I doubt Lulu being there even though I can see her in a Maleficent type role only on the good side.
