I remember that scene, I miss those SNES days when they had great storylines in RPGs but that was then and this is nw I suppose.

Meh.. Although it is possible, considering the only two none tetsuya nomura FF charas there are are Setzer and Vivi (or maybe one or two that im missing, but yeah), which btw Setzer was completely misrepresented, I don't think there would be anymore early FF characters or some that werent designed by Nomura.
I'm not saying this because I dislike the earlier final fantasies, but I think it's common sense that Tetsuya Nomura would rather have characters designed by him appear in his games. This especially counts Noctis in for kh3 or later installments in MY OPINION, considering that he comes from a game designed by Tetsuya Nomura, just like KH.

But yeah, although TN /probably/ likes the majority of the older FF characters as he has to be a FF fan, I just don't think he's going to add more earlier FF characters. However, because of the release and success of Dissidia, there is a high possibility of earlier characters being suddenly thrown in as their popularity has clearly grown since the younger fanbase now got a taste of what they're like.
Then again, Crisis Core is just as popular as Dissidia if not more, which also makes Zack likely to be in it... Although I really do love Zack, dare I say more than cloud (flame shield is now up), I really don't think there should be two characters with basically the same personality, same weapon, same outfit (if the outfit wasnt so greatly changed), and same basically everything... Also, considering Cloud switched from the buster sword to first tsurugi with little / no concern mentioned over it, Zack's role might not be as important in KH, he might not even exist to begin with.

If we're going by Nomura characters, they should throw in Minamimoto from TWEWY. I don't know where they'd put him but it'd be cool, maybe in KH3's start town.

I doubt they're going to start adding characters from non FF games/Disney 'creations', because really that would create way too many possibilities and it really just isn't what KH (or this thread for one thing) is about.

There's a very high chance we might be seeing Vincent or Zack in the future so that sucks for ya ;D.

Probabaley Leon's love intrest from FF8 too, after the letter he opened at the end of the game it's also a good bet of her apperance in the game.

I don't think the 4 warriors of light can show up because... Well, for one thing, they don't even have names. For another, they don't have a personality, a set job, they're basically the most generic thing ever. The most generic rpg party you can get. No personalities, no difference in looks for people of the same class, NO PRESET NAMES, just plain pick the 4 best jobs for your party and RPG away. I mean, I only played through the first 30~40 minutes of FF1 because I just couldn't take the zero character development, but really, is there ANY dialogue coming out from the warriors of light? ANY, AT ALL?

The gullwings will probably never be retconned, partly because a lot of people think they're awesome the way they are (me not included), but because it'd be pointless to go through the process of changing them even though they're just minor cameos that probably won't have anything close to a big role in any KH game.
