KoT takes place quite a bit in the palace. Imagine Aladdin and Jasmine's wedding being destroyed by countless heartless. The movie is one of the best direct to dvd releases from Disney, it would be a waste to not put it in KH.

Well, Destiny Islands was destroyed and it was restored, with all but two of its inhabitants.

Don't see why Agrabah could have a similar thing happen to it.
