Well, we have to remember, even the very detailed drawings of Aqua's outfit from people at DKS3713 turned out not to be 100% accurate, so, we're just going to have to wait for some images to be completely sure.

But they were somewhat accurate. So the Xion drawing can possibly be somewhat acurate as well.

But in that case, that was an entire outfit with all sorts of little details to consider. Just a head of hair isn't as difficult to remember. ;3

But yes, we can't say for sure how accurate it is, but it's probably pretty reliable.

Well.. Xion looks like KH1 Kairi.. And there is still this scene in KH1 when Sora wakes up after fighting Leon in Traverse Town and mistakes Yuffie for kairi... (Well, he was still dreaming, but..)
