Kings?

As I played through the series recently I noticed that most worlds have one person who really knows that other worlds exist, (or at least talk about it.) Obviously King Mickey is the king of Disney Castle, and Ansem the Wise is the king of Radiant Garden/Hallow Bastion.

Destiny Islands-???
Traverse Town- Merlin
Disney Castle- King Mickey
Wonderland- Chesihres Cat (or however that is)
Olympus- Likely all the gods.
Deep Jungle- ???
Aladdin- Genie
Monstro- Monstro?
Atlantica- King Triton
Halloween Town/Christmas Town- Santa
Neverland- ???
Radiant Garden/Hallow Bastion- Ansem the Wise
End of the World- ??? (if it counts)
Castle Oblivion- Would be Organization XIII, I'll touch that later
Twilight Town- Yen Sid
Beast's Castle- Beast (perhaps)
Land of Dragon's- likely the ancestors, in this case Mushu
Port Royal- ???
Pride Lands- Rafieki, or Simba?
World That Never Was- Organization XIII

So the other thing, Villans, they have knowledge also, maybe they learned from the kings, or maybe when people with dark hearts seek knowledge of other worlds, they become a "villan"? And as the opposite, light hearts become "kings"? What do you think? and if you can fill in some blanks from the list that would be much appreciated.

I just needed some dates, but it should have been 2004 - 2006.

we've known the character for around that time.
But the character himself has obviously lasted longer.
And he isnt known to be dead anyways.

uh, woouldnt the worlds belong to the orignal rulers from the movies? like:

Disney Castle- King Mickey
Wonderland- Queen of hearts (chershiire cat was the heartless master then)
Olympus- Zeus
Deep Jungle- kercheck/tarzan
Aladdin-sultan/jasmin(eventually^w-)
Monstro- Monstro???????(is it even a worllld to begin with?!?!?)
Atlantica- King Triton
Halloween Town/Christmas Town- Jack
Neverland- peter pan
Radiant Garden/Hallow Bastion- Ansem the Wise, Leon and his gang
