In contrast to my other post, I dont really think that it sucked, at first I actually liked it better than KH1. Until I learned how they butchered it. It was an alright game, it lived up to my hype at least.

I still have High Hopes for BBS though ;D

Possibly all three since we don't know who is the writer of Coded.
Though "Forbidden Secret" seems more like a Watanabe thing than a Nojima, imo. :3

Eh, anything after KH2 will surpass the game on many levels.
I mean KH2 wasn't god awful but it needed some work.

With Watanabe behind the wheel I am confident he will do a great job with the new titles.
But lets not only focus on the story, the gameplay makes up for the other majority of the excitement :3

i thought KH II was a great game. it wasnt as fluid as KH I and it was butchered... but it was still really great. i think the new titles will be as good if not better. im just a little worried about the mobile addition.

I just find the story more important. That doesn't mean i don't like good gameplay, but i really only honestly care about the story. That's why i've only played KH2 all the way through once. Because i only cared about the story =/

Oh I have no problem with that, if I sounded like I was objecting your thought of it.
I'm in for the story as well but gameplay and story go hand in hand; in a sense balanced (well at least games should be like that).

But that's just me.

KH2 didn't blow I was disappointed, but it didn't blow like that. If KH2 wasn't that great/worth mentioning I wouldn't have gotten it.

Still though I will say thanks to KH2 for future numbered games at least I will be skeptical about them. Cause with portable games I don't expect much like with COM it was great cause I didn't expect alot from it.

The only game like I said I have doubts about is KH3. Square actually needs to learn from their mistakes KH3 can be the best of the 3 if they actually put some heart into this game.

In fact a list of things that need to happen for KH3 to succeed would be:
1. Better Voice Actors, with the way gaming is going now this is a must have. Cause sometimes even though the lines may sound corny as crap if you have someone who's good with VA's that line won't sound so bad.

2. Just Two Difficultly Modes An Easy/Hard, and an Extra Hard to be unlocked.

3. Battle System needs to change

4. Story needs to be captivating like the first game.

5. Let the game get darker on it's own. In fact in KH1 didn't know the game was going to be that dark toned by the end of the game. That was a surprise for me.

6. Worlds we visit need more involvement then just being there. This actually caused a problem with Kingdom Hearts 2. You had to fight against 3 sides heartless/nobodies/disney villians, and that wasn't a good idea. Then again it was, but was executed poorly.

7. Being back side quests why do you people think we like games like FF so much it's cause of that. No one I know wants to just go through a game, and be done with it. Even God of War had side quests.

I think the best thing for KH3, story-wise, would be if Watanabe wrote it. Seriously.

It's not that KHII was bad it's just that it lacked in what could have been, it ended up a button masher, was much easier than the others. It focused more on story than on the gameplay. I still enjoy it a bit, just that it could have been better and that KHI was much better. I think that the makers understand that and are working to make more adjustments in the upcoming series.

What would be even better is if they brought back the trio for KH1. I thought KH1 was great.
I think leaving KH2 in the sole hands of Nojima was a mistake.

I don't think Days will suck, I think it wont be as good as BBS. I'm hoping that Coded dwarfes Coded though. People are sleeping on Coded and that's why I want Coded on PSP.
