Why does everyone say that Xehanort has now "become whole" since his Heartless and Nobody have been destroyed? I don't remember anything in the game that explained that. Or was it part of the novels?

Anyway, sorry if it's a stupid question, but I was just wondering how his "becoming whole" was determined? Thanks.
Xehanort the Heartless was completely eliminated in KH2 by Ansem the Wise.

Xehanort the Nobody was destroyed by Sora and Riku in a narrow victory.

Now Xehanort thus is whole or is he a Unbirth?

It's been something inffered from scans and trailers.
