Birth By Sleep's gameplay by far looks most flowy and interesting. I love it. It reminds me of Final Form.

The Queen is an expert at alchemy and potions, so if they do use her [in her regal form] in a boss battle, she could fight with potions and magic, kind of like the first Ursula battle in KH1. (Just an idea)

As for her witch form....I got nothing. Throwing poisonous apples is the only option that makes sense to me so far.

Ven>Aqua> Terra.

Ven being Sora's frame should be common knowledge so he was bound to be fast in aerial attacks.
