Technically we do have multiple Disney nobodies, but licensing technicalities aside, I highly doubt Disney would ever let SE have the liberty of making nobodies of their characters. They're protective like that.

I think there's a big difference between having Maleficent, a well-known villain, becoming infused with darkness, and giving someone like Ariel a Nobody. Same with faking Goofy's death vs. actually doing it. Disney is not afraid to go dark for the sake of a good story; it's what makes their animated movies and Kingdom Hearts so great. But from what I've read, they're also protective of their characters' images, especially Mickey and his friends, because those guys are the heart and soul of Disney.

It's rare, but that doesn't mean it's impossible. At the time of Chain of Memories, Axel said that only Sora and Xehanort had ever been strong enough to maintain their form and will when they became Heartless. So technically, Scar hasn't broken any rules in KH canon, because he didn't become a Heartless until the middle of KH2.

Scar probably created a Nobody too, now that I think about it. But that Nobody would most likely appear in The World That Never Was, not the Pride Lands. After all, Roxas was born in Twilight Town, not Hollow Bastion where Sora lost his heart. We probably just never met Scar's Nobody, because, let's face it, when the heck would we meet him? In the World That Never Was...?

We find it odd.

You're right, it's not impossible. But Scar was a kingdom-stealing jerk, who also turned out to be a sniveling coward, whereas Sora is the master of a mythical weapon said to wreak havoc upon the worlds, and Xehanort is an awesome silver-haired doctor who was called "superhuman" by Ansem the Wise. You see?

Yeah... If Scar had a nobody it could have turned into a dusk, dancer, berserker or some of those... LOL! It would have been weird to see him retain his lion shape though xD And if his nobody was in the organization xD

Well, Heartless wise, the more darkness in your heart the stronger the Heartless. Which explains why Scar and XH were in their usual form, and Sora was a Shadow.

XH never really turned into a Heartless, actually, he more just... left his Body behind.
Also, Sora let the Darkness in, so it's not like the Darkness overpowered him, he gave in. That's a possible explanation to him being a Heartless, the amount of fight he put into it, which in his case was zero :\
Both are exceptions, we can't really use them.

I was referring to the younger Xehanort we saw in KHII.
And as for the rule that the more darkness in your heart equals a stronger heartless, we all know that, but we find it odd that an unimportant Disney character such as Scar would have such darkness, instead of someone specifically made for the series.
