my thoughts on Xion.

1) Well i was thinking almost all the members of the organization have their human name except rearranged and with a letter X in them. I was thinking what would Xions human name be. Fortunately her you can only rearranged her name 6 times without the letter X in it. I think her name would be Oni. Why? Well I found out that Oni means fierce horned demon and has the ability to change into a female ( I found out what Oni meant on google).
2) In 1 of the cut scenes from KH RE:CoM Xemnas was in the "Room of Sleeping" sitting in front of a pile of armor calling it "friend". While he is doing that 2 other members are saying that he only wants Castle Oblivion for the "Room of Awakening". This reminds me when Xion joins the organization and also calls her "friend". I think that Xion and the pile of armor have something in common.
3) This is might sound weird but what if Xemnas made a Xion. He might have used the armor to make a replica of Aqua like how Vexen made a replica of Riku.

3) That would be more like Vexen's job, mad scientist and all >:3. But using Aqua's armor would mean that it would have to have DNA , which a hunk of metal wouldn't have. And we aren't entirely sure if Aqua is Xion so for now no.

2 - Those scenes are in KH2:FM not Re:CoM. And Xemnas never calls Xion his "friend"
3 - Vexen made Repliku by taking data collected from his heart and what not. Aqua's armor, is just armor =/

I don't think it's through the armor, but she's most-likely connected to Aqua. Nomura said she's not the main focus of Days. And she's gone in one way or another by the time KHII comes around, so what's the point of making up the character unless she's connected to Aqua, and therefore, that fact would tie together BBS with Days.

It's not that farfetched. Vexen could've had Aqua's data from before he was a Nobody.
Xigbar knew at least about TAV from when he was still a Somebody - Even was probably around at the time too.

That would also explain why shes not considered an official member.
And since the Soul Eater could be duplicated...
At least a fake KK should be made.

Only thing is, I can't see how she could affect Sora's memories.

1. Negative on that one, chief. Her name was probably based off of Ino, Greek goddess of the sea.
2. That's one of the numerous reasons a lot of people belive that Xion and Aqua are connected.
3. That's just a random shot in the dark, since you have no proof whatsoever of this.

I guess Xemnas could have created Xion by himself, and Vexen wouldn't have realized, but...

We don't know she affects Sora's Memories.
That's 1.
2 - If she's based on Aqua, a connection to Ven's Memories is possible, if we go by that theory about Ven's relation to Sora.
Vexen made Repliku seemingly immune to the Darkness; who's to say he couldn't "patch up" Xion too? Especially if we say they had already performed research on Namine at the time.

I think that Xion told Namine to place that "note" in the Journal. "We must return to free them from their torment".

I dunno. I can just picture that happening.

And, if their referring to TAV in the note (which they may not be, but who knows) that could further affirm Xion's connection to Aqua.
