do you think that it is safe to speculate that the villian in every game is going to be some version of the same guy?

Yeah, mayb. Ansem, Xemnas and Xehanort has some kind of relationship with each other. Mayb in the later games, Nomura will probably change. Bt 4 nw, we juz hang on to the believe tat each villain in the game is the same. Sry 4 the edit. XP

I suppose it depends on how long the series will be. Maybe if they end it at Kingdom Hearts 3, then yes, but other than that I dont see them making him constantly the villian

Seeing as how Xehanort is now a complete person as of Xemnas' defeat in KH2, i would say yes.

Yes.

But Marluxia was the main villain of CoM, no Xehanort.
