I'm afraid that will happen in KHIII, I have a hunch. I mean Zexy should have his own fatass ship. Xemnas had a fatass dragon, Ansem a fatass Guardian and Marluxia a fatass Nobody

All the Xehanort issues had better be solved in KHIII. I'm gonna pissed if there are more puzzles at the end. You can only get away with that if your name is Hideo Kojima. Tetsuya Nomura's name is clearly not that.

Technically, a nobody should have no problem having a child, and considering that, from what we know, the heart of the parents have no impact on the one the child will have, so the child will be maybe normal.
Still, considering human nature, I don't know if a nobody would want to reproduce if he's emotionless...

On topic, yes, Xehanort will always be the villain, he's like Sephiroth, Ganondorf, Bowser, etc.

Xehanort is the series' principle enemy, so yes. And it's confirmed that he's alive...somewhere.
