Well, Kairi didn't have her heart at that time, did she? Besides, Namine was mostly created from Sora to begin with, so I don't think Kairi had that much power over whether or not her nobody got a body. Speaking 'o which, they didn't even know of their nobodies then. As far as I can tell, Kairi hugged Sora's Heartless, his heart came back, and there's a possibility that she either made a new body for him, or she got his body back. Either way, I'm pretty sure he had a body.

Though you have to admit, the card thing would be the cheesiest way to explain that plot hole. ;D

Sora didn't regain his Body. Hearts can wonder around, Kairi helped him regain his human form and push the Darkness back. He was all Heart though.

They can wander, yes, but even in Riku's case at HB, he was simply a glowing, ghost-like form when his heart tried to fight against XH's control over his body. Was he even solid?

It just seems weird.

Why does KH have 3 versions? The Blue Heart(BBS), The Door with the Heart Sillhoutte(KH1), The Nobody Door with the Moon(KH2)

This is where Kairi's status of PoH (FINALLY) and Sora's strength of Heart as the Keyblade Master come into play, allowing for him to be himself instead of just a floating Heart o:

Sora didn't have a body at all after the heart unlocking incident, nor during the events of COM. Roxas was around then. Meaning Sora essentially was all heart. I want explanation on how thats possible.

The same way Xehanort was up until KH1. The heart had to compinsate for the lack of a body. The heartless was purified and Sora was restored. This is because in KH, your heart is your identity.

Roxas and Sora use the same keyblade. The KK (I'm not talking about various forms here, people). Roxas and Sora used it at the same time. (Sora during COM, and Roxas during his time in the Order.)

Because he's Sora's nobody and Nomura said so.

How Sora regained a body after hugging Kiari

Sora's heart used Kairi's as an intermediary.

How the Beast managed to appear at Hollow Bastion

Because as corny as it sounds, him blieving got him there. Nomura has said that non beings of darkness can use the corridors, but it'll be a lot more risky for them than for heartless or b.o.d.

How Ansem Heartless's darkness managed to stay in Riku's heart after Riku Vanquished him.

Riku accepted it there. And he wasn't vanquished. He was simply quelled. Thus the reason he didn't go to sleep in CoM.

Well, he already had an existence of not floating into KH because he was a Heartless first, then Kairi banished the Darkness, so he could still be him without floating to KH, is how I see it. ;O
