I think I've came up with a theroy.

Terra probably was Xehanort.
Because it is mentioned that Xehanort had no memories when he was found by Ansem the Wise in Hollow Bastion.
Maybe Master Xehanort kind of... made Terra go crazy into believing that he is him.
Like possessed.

Nobodies regain their memories back when their heartless is destroyed, right?

So maybe Aqua discovered Xemnas after his heartless was destroyed and thats how he remembered him.

Okay. Let me make this easier. It sounded so much better in my brain. XD

-Terra, Aqua and Ven fought the keyblade war.
-Terra looks like Xehanort. (not to mention, his eyes fade to an orange/goldish color in the preview scene. Huh? Yeah.)
-Maybe Terra went insane, after beating the crap out of Master Xehanort.
-Xehanort possessed Terra's mind.
-Terra arrives at Hollow Bastion, but the only thing he remembers is the name Xehanort.
-Ansem the Wise finds Terra, but Terra claims to be Xehanort.
-After Xehanorts heartless is defeated, He remembers everything about his past.
-Hense him knowing Aqua.

First, Terra by himself can't be Xehanort. Nomura has already shut down any Terra is Xehanort theories.

Who are the 3 armoured people?

Those 3 are completely new people who haven't shown up at all. In fact, I've already thought of their names. Back when I was making that movie, I only had their settings but now I've even drawn their faces to give myself a clearer image of them.

If you're gonna do a Terra is Xehanort theory do the fusion theory because that seems to be the popular theory going around. I personally don't believe Terra to be part of Xehanort at all because all fusions have in the games have shown evidence to the contrary of what people state the fusion theory is all about.

Fusion is not really much of a KH thing, but you never what Nomura could do as a twist. But I am sure Terra made up part of the person who would become Xehanort

And yes, the only thing that I kind of realized about Terra and Xehanort is the hair.
But the color of the eyes that changed kind of got me too.

And then that whole conversation between Xigbar and Zexion.

And then talking to Aqua's armor?

There HAS to be some kind of a connection.
And it seemed like the most reasonable one.
