Pocahontas is a must. You're right about Jungle Book, so it wouldn't work. Robin Hood has been brought up and is definitely acceptable. I don't remember Treasure Planet all that well and I've never heard of The Rescuers.

I want to see The Incredibles and Toy Story in KH.

Holy crap, huge blast of nostalgia. I haven't seen that movie is roughly 10-12 years. I completely forgot about it. Well, I do agree that it'd be hard to work that into KH.
