Japan to start pushing overseas cellphone technology

I just found this article a little interesting.

TOKYO - Japan will start an aggressive push to market abroad its mobile technology, especially the nation's popular "wallet phone," a government official said Tuesday.

While it isn't anything overly exciting or telling, it's nice to see Japan trying to push the technology outwards.
But what do you all think this could mean for Coded in terms of an overseas release?
(Just bringing it up for discussion, don't chew my brains out D: )

I want me one of those high tech Japanese phones.
If they succeed, the future looks bright for Coded, which I actually want to play.

But if we get their phones, will they start moving their service companies here? Like DoCoMo?
