Why? It doesn't really add much to the plot, disregarding a few minor details.

The only reason they made a Re: CoM was to boost FM+ sales.

You can't know that. Fact remains it tells at least Mickey's story which Nomura found important enough to tell. Then there's the whole new story with the "bug". We don't know nothing about Coded in that aspect; at least give it the benefit of the doubt.

Anyway, nice to hear that there's a possibility of getting high-tech mobile phones overseas (or worldwide). I knew Coded was going anyway, but this is really nice.
