Its odd.
Hades can bring back bad guys from the dead, even those from other worlds.
I think it'd be alot more nifty if they used that in the plot, for bringing back the Disney Villains.

it obvious they would never kill off a disney character. And if they killed off say.. riku then about amillion fangirls around the world would be rather crying there eyes out of drawing fan art of riku and soras "last moment" :/
if anyone were to die...... hm......you know i can't see kingdom hearts killing off main characters. like maybe if in kh3 they introduced a new character, then he/she dies later :/ but that would be kinda lame.

You clearly haven't watched Disney.
With the exception of the main characters, I can see Disney character dying providing they're in their own world/it has somewhat to do with the movie's original story.

IE: Barbossa, Scar.

Remember, though, KH has an alternate universe for the FF characters (Midgar doesn't exist, etc). At this time, as odd as it sounds, we can only assume that Auron is from Olympus.

So we don't quite know whether or not he can actually bring people back from beyond his world.

I don't think you can really count Nobodies, at least since the issue was never handled. Either the Soul moved to being the Somebody again, or it disappeared into Darkness, not the Underworld.

Yeah so how is this thread any different from this one.

And just for the sake of it, I think any character could die and add something to the story, provided they had something relevant going on in the scenario. (though I do agree it's highly unlikely we'll see the main protagonists die)

I think it should be either Sora, Riku, or Kairi who bites the dust.

Not only have all of them contributed to the main storyline, but they are each epic and phail in their own right.

Sora was the main hero so him dying would result in a slight change in storyline.
Riku was the anti-hero who was around, but only for about half of the time. (As far as we can tell.)
Kairi was the main reason everything turned out how it has AFTER KHI. She's the reason Sora 'created' both Namine, and Roxas. She's the reason Xehanort's Heartless was able to find and obtain knowledge of Sora. She's the reason Sora's probably experienced blueballs all this time.

So any of those three, in my opinion, would be great to see them die off. And it's not like the storyline would end or anything if any of them do. Sora's the Keyblade Master; not the only Keyblade Weilder. Riku is the anti-hero; not the only support character. Kairi is the female; not too important to anything, but still valuable.

Kairi isn't the reason everything happened, the seventh PoH was, there's a huge difference.
Roxas and Namine were created because Sora had a Heart stuck in him. That's pure plot deviceness.
Seeing how Xehanort's Heartless sent her off of Radiant Gardens a decade ago, I'm more liable to think it was Riku's Darkness that eventually brought the Heartless to DI than Kairi.
And Sora wants Riku and Namine. He willingly left Kairi behind whenever he could and chased people he was interested in.

So any of those three, in my opinion, would be great to see them die off. And it's not like the storyline would end or anything if any of them do. I agree with Kairi being the female, but Sora and Riku dying would effectively end the series.
Sora = his story. Sora's offed, no more Kingdom Hearts.
Riku = Sora's story.

Saying Riku is a replacable support character is ignoring the fact he was effectively the reason Sora did everything in the games. Everything. He was looking for Riku in KH1 and then fought to save him; then came the chase and search for him which resulted in butting heads with the Organization. Then they were quite happy staying together in the Dark Realm.
That was... really disrespectful towards their friendship, what you just said.
