Mostly plot holes that didn't sit in with what they did in KH2 (amongst them hintings Namine wasn't created when she was supposed to XD; ). also understood they changed some of the Org members' deaths oO

The number of scenarios doesn't matter as long as they'll do each one properly

I think the picture in your signature shows they had armor from the get go. Them getting the full armor will either be a plot event or part of the game's "growth" system.

And I don't think it's fair to compare CoM and Re:CoM. For starters it's on different platforms. And then a lot of the plot was changed, as opposed to scenes added in the other FMs.
It's effectively a different game thus unfair to compare them like that.

It was needed to be changed, Nomura made Namine a Nobody and added a couple more things from KH II to Re: CoM


And of course hopefully BBS and Days won't have FMs, that is just an excuse to add in new subplots and what not like Xemnas being introduced in Final Mix

It's hinted enough she's a Nobody in the original CoM, too. Axel said so - "Nobodies like us".
I think Nomura just originally wanted to have her created when Kairi's Heart moved from her Body to Sora's as was AtW's original theory, but then realized it didn't make sense since Kairi's Body and Soul were there all along.
Then he had to change her saying she's been along for "so long" because he moved when she was created.

Xemnas was added because Nomura already planned Nobodies. More so than it being a detached sub-plot, it was further basing for what was to come ahead.
When you think about it like that, BBS and Days actually have the best potential to have FMs in a way. Then again you say they're already retrospective games and then if they miss things they needed to put in later in FMs then they fail.

No. It wouldn't be different.
Yes he used the armor to hide their faces because he wasn't completely sure what they looked like yet, but he expressed that he knew what the secret ending was about, and what the game was about overall. Meaning he had the plot of BBS already figured in his mind around that time. Nothing would have been changed.

Actually you're wrong. No matter how many times PMF may say it, Naminé was clearly a Nobody in CoM.

That line is still there and still hints about something, like Namine saying how she's Kairi's shadow (possibly refering to rewriting some of Sora's Memories of Kairi, but seeing how the most important ones we see have nothing to do with Kairi, I dislike that explanation).
Also, Nomura saying originally Namine had nothing to do with Kairi doesn't hold. Seeing how people understood what Roxas was to Sora just from Deep Dive and one of the Ansem Reports added in the Final Mix, people would've easily understood what Namine was.

They never made it clear in CoM whether or not Namine was a nobody. Therefore, when she was declared a Nobody in Kingdom Hearts 2, tons of people assumed that they changed it for story purposes.

Who really cares though? It doesn't matter either way.
