but if you look at the join date he is new and might not know that,
besides its a theory (a bad one) lol but a theory

her name is シオン. shi+o+n.
japanese pronounciation is "shion".

xaldin's name is (according to the magazine clip) サルデイン. sa+ru+de+i+n.
but no one goes around the boards calling him sarudein.
in english we pronounce it different (more like k'salden or something)
so for right now "shion" is just the japanese pronunciation,
that we're kinda adopting.
but who knows, maybe when the game comes out
we'll be be pronouncing her name differently than the japanese are :/
well i don't even know if this is the right thread for this

Okay, I have to say something about what you said about Axel's name. T_T

His name was ALE. Not LAE.
Because Reno's favorite drink was ALE. And Reno and Axel look nearly IDENTICAL.
Okay. Just putting that out there.

And I agree...it's not like her name is incredibly important. But congrats on figuring out her name has an X
