The TSW trio shows up in Sora's memories of Destiny Islands to encourage him to make a move on "her", and later in the pod, he sees them along with Leon, Yuffie, Aerith, and Cid. They too represent home.

But Kairi is the one he wants to see the most, hence the reason he tells Donald and Goofy about their promise and keeps her good-luck charm safe.

Another case in point: In KH2, when Roxas goes to Namine's room, he sees drawings of events that happened in KH1, but he also sees sketches of himself as an Organization member, including the one with Axel. She must've seen his memories before she gave him new ones in Fake Twilight Town.

Basically, if Namine believes that Sora and Kairi were close back at home, before KH1 happened, they probably were. Because she in order to replace herself in his memories of Kairi, she had to see them herself.

I know. That's why CoM wins compared with other games, and really helped me put in the whole "Just because Sora went to save Kairi in KH1 does not mean he's in love with her" notion.
Seeing how the rest of the games all but ignore TSW, Kairi's left being the only person symbolizing home.
Then we have how the manga presented his promise and Kairi representing home doesn't even matter; Sora promised Kairi that because he thinks Riku and Kairi are together.

But Kairi is the one he wants to see the most, hence the reason he tells Donald and Goofy about their promise and keeps her good-luck charm safe.

Again, we've nothing else to have shown. We only have Kairi's Good Luck Charm, and that's another point of failure, showing us something relatively new compared with everything else meaningful Sora might've experienecd in his life.

To be fair, she didn't make a whole new set of Memories for Repliku. Going by the Memory of the night of the Meteor Shower, she took the ones she gave Sora and just put Riku in them, making for Repliku to be an OOC Riku, imo - he had Memories fitting Sora, not Riku.
Then we have the possibility that Sora's own Heart helped in the making of the new Memories. That way, Namine wouldn't have had to know too much - Sora's Heart did it for her.

Sora actively admitting Kairi to be his most important person seems highly unlikely, seeing what it took to get him to admit something similar about Namine.

Also, in the FM+, [spoiler]Sora tells Riku about how he didn't thank Namine. He does remember her[/spoiler] which makes me really hopeful for KH3, seeing how Nomura said to take that as a hint.
Then we throw in the KH2 ending where it's debatable whether or not her and Roxas really disappeared inside Kairi and Sora, and you have me almost certain we'll get to see her in future games as well.
