Download? For what? Support the Kingdom Hearts franchise. But if you are planning on downloading the JPN version and purchasing the NA version, by all means do. Still, if you don't understand Japanase you're only making the game less memorable without the story.

Please rephrase. People are getting mixed up because there is a "DS Download" for the DS, where you get along with a friend and you play it together with only one game pak and 2 DS. Im guessing you're talking about pirating the game so you wont have to pay and stuff. Thats Illegal.

Its not a matter of patience. Some of us could get the game off the internet and onto our DS in 5 min, we want to play the game simply because we can (gameplay), not because we want to know the story.

If that's the case for those people, then why would they go for Days? That game is basically for the hardcore fans that want to see Roxas' story which is otherwise irrelevant to KH overall.

What do you mean go for days? Its the only DS KH and its coming out before BBS. Some of us want a new KH gameplay experience and 358/2 is our closest answer.

I respect that, but I just don't understand it. Personally, I think that it's kind of disrespectful to be involved with an intricate game like KH or any game with a complex story and only play it for the gameplay. It's kind of like going to see Star Wars Episode 3 just for the CG, but to each his own and it's not that big of a deal.

Anyway, as far as Days goes, the gameplay, unlike its psp counterpart, doesn't seem like it'll be too different from KH II. In which case, with just gameplay in mind, I don't see what's so exciting about it for someone that doesn't care about the story.

I can wait. I want it in English, and I want to pay for it... to support the franchise and everything. What I'm worried about is accidentally ruining the story for myself when it comes out in Japan. I'll have to stay away from the internet for a bit come release time.

Good luck with that. Most DS emulators can barely support Phoenix Wright properly and that's nothing more than a graphic novel you click through. Having a game like Days run at all on that let alone properly would be nothing short of a miracle.

As for downloading/importing the Japanese version, nah uh. English only for me please.

Well, in my case, Im gonna play JPN 358/2 because of its gameplay which unlike KHII lets you play as all the organization members. Awesome. Ill worry about the story when the english version gets released. If worse comes to worse, Ill stop playing the game if Im getting to many spoilers (Im definately not seeing the ending).
