Yeah. We just need to realize that Terra has hatred towards Xehanort. He couldnt care less about the worlds and such. I have no idea how Terra begun to hate Xehanort. It is said that he is an avenger. What will he avenge?

FINALDISNEY, I could also see Terra stopping Master Xehanort and Dark Soldier. Then he might not be able to resist the temptation to use KH in order to modify a new world of his. Ven and Aqua might want to stop him, but apparently Terra´s powers boost far beyond them by Kingdom Hearts.

Then something could happen to Terra. Just one of countless theories is that VAT´s master would seal Terra inside of his heart or something.. There are countless of chances..

I can't see Ven stopping him. Partially cause hes currently frozen at the moment and his keyblade is broken.

What I'm expecting:
MX tries to use the power from KH.

Xehanort the apprentice is formed somehow.

Yeah. We just need to realize that Terra has hatred towards Xehanort. He couldnt care less about the worlds and such. I have no idea how Terra begun to hate Xehanort. It is said that he is an avenger. What will he avenge?

We don't even know the extent of his hatred.
For all we know, its not hatred.
He could just feel betrayed that he ran off.

Terra: "What are you talking about?"

Aqua: "Terra, Ven! We are not supposed to be here! The worlds will.."
Terra: "The worlds will be remade! We will make the world perfect for us. Then we will be friends forever.. I wont use this power for myself.. I use it for you!"
Ven, Aqua: "We dont want it to end like this!!"
Aqua: "The worlds are far beyond your reach, Terra.. No matter how much powers you use to control them, no matter how loyal it might sound, it will be a kingdom of anger & hate.."

(Terra rests his head on his hand and thinks. Then Aqua and Ven hear a silent laughter...)

Terra: "Huhah....hahaha...huaha..."
Aqua: "Terra?.."
Terra: "The worlds.. hahahah!.. HAHAAHAAAHAAHAHAHAhAHa!!!!!!..."
Ven: "Terra?.."
Terra: "The worlds, you fools! The worlds are so fragile.. One to obtain them can reach into their hearts.. And decide the destiny of each of us.. My power.."
Ven: "That´s just a lie by that witch! No one can control our destinies!"

(Terra stops laughing and walks toward Aqua and Ven. Ven gives a suspicious look and then at instant.."

Terra: "Behold!!"
(Terra stabs Aqua with his keyblade which is all black. Aqua begins to fade and then she drops a tear and disappears)
Ven: "Aqua...... Forget the past... Each of us.. undepended on how strong we are... We all are equal in hearts.. I will close my eyes and forget the past, Terra.. Seal the past depp into our heart.."
Terra: "Ven! Dont forget our friendship! We are friends.. You cant fight me! The only way is to join our forces together."
Ven: "I´ve closed my eyes.."

(Ven has closed his eyes and drawn his keyblade as to be ready to fight. Terra obtains the power of Kingdom Hearts and walks into a blue portal..)

Ven has closed eyes, but he can see with his heart and he follows up to the portal and the final battle will begin..

And not to mention, they were all fighting on the same side. Hell, Terra charged at MX when Ven was in danger.

And we don't know what happens to Terra yet. You're writing a fanfic more than a theory.
