Cell Phone Situation

Yesterday, my mother accidentally put a pair of shorts in the washer while my cell phone was in it. Needless-to-say, she was annoyed, but not too much since she usually checks them beforehand and I guess she forgot to this time around. It's still my fault and all so I told her I didn't want a new phone(assuming it's broken, none of this matters if it turns out not to be). She, however, wants me to have one incase she needs to call me or whatever.

Now, here's my question. I'm wondering if I should hold out on that thought until SE announces which phones Coded will be available on in the west(since they do have plans of a western release)? I mean, it'd be killing 2 birds with one stone. I'm curious to see what other people think about it.

Hmm...seeing that phones that are able to support games like Coded won't be in NA for a good while, I don't think you should wait for one. But, if you're really devoted to this series, wait if it'll make you happy.

Its your choice but I guess you can wait if Coded is definetely going to be for the cell phone. Although cell phones here wont support such a game for a while.

Yeah... I didn't even think of that. I knew that the Japanese Cell Phones were ahead of us, but I didn't think it'd be so much that being able to play it over here would be an issue. I wonder what they plan on doing about that, since a western release is in the works supposedly.

Well you can do whatever you like. It's your decision but get the phone you like the most though. Otherwise, not too sure, it's really up to you.

Hmmm, it depends on if the phones will ship to USA, because they use this different kind of phone that only works for that game.

I would wait for a phone in NA that would actually support Coded if you really want it... But in my opinion it will probably suck... I hated CoM because it used the card battling system, and I'll probably hate this because it's a cell phone game... and in NA our cell phone games FAIL (except you, Ms Pacman. Everyone loves you)
