Xion mode

do you think in 358/2 days xion will have her own senario like they did with riku in chain of memories. i was just thinking that because theres a lot of cutscenes with her and her fighting ( like with her and riku).

the 1 thing i just thought of is that if thre is a xion mode how will they b able 2 fit it in the ds disk thing. i mean they already had 2 cut down on some stuff. but xion mode will be a way 2 keep the game goin once u beat the roxas mode. actually if tey do hav 1 then i think u should start out with it because ther might be som girls who dont like roxas but like xion.

Yes, a RR could seem likely. But why would Xion have a mode and no one else (refering to the other Org members.) It makes no sense. In fact, it would dis-balance everything.

Unless the other Org members had "special modes" then Xion wouldn't have one.

Because 358 also revolves around Xion quite a bit.
Also, she is more significant than the other Order members.
I see nothing wrong with Xion having a playthrough of her own.

Nor would I see how that'd make things unbalanced, since we know she holds more important to the plot than most members.

Though Nomura has specifically said 358 is not a game for Xion.
Makes me think there will be a bigger chance for a Riku Scenario over Xion, but personally I'd love either. (though i think Riku's would be interesting because i get the impression Xion's will be explained a lot during Roxas' part).

I'm not saying that a second playthrough story specifically for her is unlikely. In fact, something along the lines of RR appearing in Days seems extremely likely. All I'm saying is that (especially in Multiplayer) having Xion transform or otherwise switch into a different mode would not only dis-balance things (when you have multiple characters that you can play as with other friends, each needs to be balanced with the other so that no one has an unfair advantage. ) but would be irrevelant without proper explanation. Why did Riku have an extra mode? Because he had a powerful darkness in his heart that could be used to his advantage. Who gave it to him? Diz, who was actually Ansem at the time.

If Xion were to have her own mode, not only would there need to be proper explanation that explained how she had this power and where it came from, but it would have to either be balanced with the rest of the Org XIII or only available for her segment of the game.

When he said mode, he was talking about something like RR. Not a game mechanic.
