The only relationship is that they wanna use her as Roxas just to get their hearts easier. Basicly, they only want Shion just for her keyblade, the same as Roxas.

In terms of relationship, I can see Shion being close to Roxas since it is confirmed that she had a influence in his leaving the Organization. Might be rocky with the likes of Axel, but I assume you all know why. (Akuroku)
