I don't think it's Aqua.

1. Xion has the KK (which Riku says is fake). Why would Aqua have the KK?
2. It has been stated that Aqua is not connected to any of the three heroes of KH1 (save for her name), yet Xion is definitely connected to Kairi
EDIT: Oops, nvm Nomura just said that she isn't.
3. Aqua has a mature and wise voice, which i don't hear in Kairi's (who has a similar voice to Xion).
4. I don't think Nomura would make you play BBS just to get the story of 358/2, yet that is what most people are saying.
5. Xion is most likely a part of Sora's memories. So how could Aqua be connected to Sora's memories?

I'm liking the Xion=Dark Namine theory so far, since you can take Oni from Xion, and I'm pretty sure Oni is Japanese for evil (or was it demon? idk), or something to that effect. Xion could be the Oni-Namine (lol...).

Oh, sorry. I was reading a few threads at once. Someone else was saying something about a Xion=Dark Version of Namine theory, but the thought of using Oni (which is in fact a Japanese ogre, demon, or ogre) from Xion is still kind of interesting. Just think about her name meaning "demon" and think of those possibilities, eh?

If Xion = Ven's Memories of Aqua resting inside Sora, it would make sense.

Voice actors were not confirmed to be the ones from the games. Also, Nobodies' VAs =\= Somebodies' VAs.

That's hardly the case, especially seeing how Days is coming out way before BBS. If she truly is related to Aqua, for Days itself I think it'll be sufficient to know whom Aqua is and that she ended up as such and such. The hows are much less relevant.
