Do we know the "connection", well not connection, but the scene between Maleficent and Terra.

This might be wrong, but I believe Maleficent is treating Terra like her errand boy, same way she treats Riku in the future.

I read the stuff on the main page, and Terra said something along the lines of, "Master Xehanort is interested in hearts of pure light." Looks like Maleficent is up to her dirty tricks again. Playing someone like a fool to capture the Seven Princesses of Pure Light to open to Door to Darkness.

My guess is MX is in cahoots with Maleficent. Remember when Terra said to MX, "What have you done to his (Ven's) Heart?" Maybe Maleficent tricked Terra into thinking that if MX had Ven's Heart under his power and if he captured the Seven Princesses of Light for her Ven's Heart would be ok, when Ven was really fine to begin with. Maleficent would have the Seven Princesses, MX would have Ven's "Heart", but not his spirit. (Ok, that part I'm not sure about.)

I could see now why Terra chose Riku seeing how they both ended up. But I think this is different than Riku. Maleficent here tricks Terra, but I really believe she wanted to help Riku. Or maybe she was stringing him along too.

I think its similar to the case with Riku, yeah.
Riku wasn't really her puppet, as much as he was Ansem SoD's.
I think Terra is willingly being manipulated because it aids him anyways.

I don't think Maleficent is on the same side as MX though.

Hmmmm I think that MX and Malef are on 2 different sides like Org XIII vs Malif and Pete in KHII.
I mean, it makes more sense, right?

^Yes, two people after the same thing for different reasons. I believe, based on what Maleficent says to Aqua, that Terra is being tempted.
