I would say that Aqua is around 17-19.
And Xion is probably the same age as Kairi, so maybe 15-16.
There would be a distinct difference there.

Nomura never diss-proved Aqua being the XIV member. Oh and now I remember if some get's the meaning for Xion maybe pronnounced Shion because X give a silent SHHH soundeaning is similar to Kairis name hence how they are connected(goes and checks).
