If you're talking about sheer strength, then it has to be Terra. Frankly I think it's beyond a reasonable doubt that he can... say, bench press more than Ven or Aqua.

But as for skill, who knows. From what we've seen so far, it might be Terra, but we still haven't seen enough to make a judgment.

I think that they are gonna have them have different types of mastery and space out power between the 3 like they did for sora donald and goofy. What I mean is something like this.

Donald and Aqua = magic specialist

Goofy and Terra = strength specialist

Sora and Ven = balanced magic and strength

Terra is physically and strength wise the strongest.
He also has Fatal Mode which boosts his strength and enables him to do some very powerful and devastating attacks.

Terra looks like the strongest physically, but it might be like comparing Sora and Riku. Riku looks stronger, but Sora can beat him. It might be the same with Ven and Terra.
