Probably standard and then when ive completed it ill do it in proud mode.

I'd start off on standard mode, and then do proud on my second play-through, when I get the hang of it.

I played kh2 on beginner, standar and proud mode and there wasn't a secret ending in beginner.

You're lying to us, or you've mistaken the difficulty. You can't get it in Beginner, Official Guide even says it.
