Not Riku, Sora, seeing how MX's Memories are inside of him.
That's the whole point of the theory - should MX's Memories overcome Sora and "take over", Riku would be there with the Keyblade to stop him. That's why Terra 'chose' him as the next Wielder

This whole theory makes no sense, is everyone forgetting the chain of events that is COM? Sora had to regain his memories inside of a flowerpod thing, Diz and Riku were watching the memories come back to Sora on the computer. Don't ya think they'd notice memories that doesn't belong to Sora.

1) I wasn't the one who said Xehanort's Memories had to do with this, Nomura did.

2) Nomura said that Roxas duel wielding has to do with something Sora lost in CO - and we all know what Sora lost in CO - Memories. No one had to say they were only his very own.
Riku and DiZ had no way of knowing about these Memories even if they really could've seen them, since those Memories were with Roxas at the time, letting him Wield the Keyblades.

And that's if I agree that they can see all the Memories scattered through Sora's being and not only the ones Namine attached back (and I doubt they could've seen the Memories at all, rather only how much was put back). After all, the restoration happened after Namine broke apart all the links of Memory in Sora's Heart. The restoration percantage as we get to see is how much she put back - why would DiZ be aware of not to mention care about Memories that aren't attached? As far as he knows, Xehanort's Memories - if they were still inside Sora and not in Roxas, helping him wielding the Keyblade - were just detached Memory links, just like Sora's "Memories" of Namine.

This actually makes sense if you think about it somewhat differently, how being in close proximity to Roxas made Sora's memory-restoration percentage go through the roof - he suddenly got a bulk of Memories not necessarily his own but that belonged inside him back. Poof - insta 50% restoration and the rest was a piece of cake.
Then we can say - DiZ shouldn't care what Memories they are as long as they help Sora wake up again. I don't really think he had a way of knowing which Memories Namine put back or not as long as the numbers kept going up.

Whether this is relevant or not (the fact remains that even fused, MX probably overpowered Terra by quite a bit) - MX had to be weakened somehow.
That's where sealing his Memories come into play.
And Nomura already told us where those Memories are.

So what if Terra, while visiting the islands, found two boys with strong enough Hearts who could do just what he needed - one to serve as a place to seal Xehanort's Memories inside...
And another to be a 'fail-safe' should there be a need to... get rid of those Memories - by getting rid of the person inside whom they resided?

He isn't talking about the physical memories, but when he says "It has to do with Xehanort Memories" he means "It will be explained in Birth By Sleep".
The reason Sora and Roxas can wield at the same time is "In relation to Xehanort's Memories" which translates to "It has to do with Ven in Birth By Sleep"
Same goes for the "Roxas has a heart" thing.

And at least part of his Memories are in Sora, thus explaining luring Sora into CO where the Room of Awakening was, or at the very least - using Namine on him.
