Okaaaaay I get where your coming from, but earlier in KH2 it was said that Xehanort stole his name and ideas...thus where I got that idea from....and maybe Xehanort constructed his experiments while Ansem was there, but he did them in secret, and then he tried to see if he could make a heartless of himself, which resulted in the boss of Kingdom Hearts and the boss for Kingdom Hearts 2...maybe his Heartless or his Nobody erased him?

The person known as Ansem the Wise, the peaceful philosophic ruler or Radiant Garden was gone.
Ansem Seeker of Darkness, the crazy dark dude was there.

No.
Xehanort did do his experiments when Ansem was there, he and the other five apprentices did them.
And they didn't do very much in secret until perhaps later.
Xehanort didn't "try to make a heartless of himself" he casted off his body becuase it was too frail for the journey he was about to take to find the Keyblade and open the Heart of all Worlds.
And Xehanort banished Ansem before he became a Heartless/Nobody.-
