I was just wondering will Donald and Goofy be younger in BBS? If so what will they be up too?

They'll be younger, of course, but I don't think there will be any visible changes other than their clothing.
As to what they'll be doing, I don't know. Probably whatever they did before Mickey left.

they will be younger but they don't seem to look small or shorter. there was a screenshot of donald and goofy in yensid's office. hmm... i don't remember where i saw it. i'll try looking for it.
