The most surprising thing to me honestly in the whole series was when Monstro poped up out of nowhere in the first game of cours I think I was 9 so I wasn't real big into looking things up on the computer yet so I had no idea about it.

1) Hear unlocker
2) abondonment by D and G (in both Com and KH1)
3) Axel's Kamikaze move.
4)Riku's brief manifestation, okay, ALL Ansem controlling Riku scenes.
5)Maleficent's Ressurection. I STILL do not get that.
6) Xigbar talking about old keyblade masters.
7)Monstro (In both him being a WHALE in SPACE and everything that went on there.

There's more, but that's enough for now.

Oh, and not really with KH, but when they played the Mickey Mouse Club March and my brother knew it but none of his friends did. That's a classic Disney song!

Most shocking thing in the KH series was Luxord. Sure, he has a cool goatee and awesome ear piercings, but he was a totally random Org XIII member.

Another thing was that you never really see the people in HB/RG ever again. You see them running and that was the end of any life in any worlds.

Sora saying Roxas's name for the first time when he saw that pic.

Probably the Heart Unlocking scene, Namine 'smashin' Riku Replica's Heart, and Tifa somehow not getting the f'ck stabbed out of her by Sephiroth in KH2.

2. Sora stabbing himself
3. End of Day 6 the scene with DiZ in the large white room "Your lucky sora, looks like my summer vacation is over" (Not surprising, but very emotional)
4. When Sora realizes that the Organization was using him to get Kingdom Hearts
5. Donald and Goofy ditching Sora for Riku

Definetly when Sora stabbed himself, and then being a heartless. That really shocked me, but I thought it was the coolest thing ever.
