We clearly don't know what her outfit looks like, or at least not a clear representation.

And it doesn't protrude that far out.

By her name, yes. But, she picked up Mickey's keyblade in Sunset Horizons, signifying that she is also linked to Mickey. Also, Ven picked up Way to Dawn, meaning that he is linked to Riku. Same with Terra.
Their names aren't the only things connecting them to characters we know, thus making things a lot more complicated.

Well.. In CoM Riku became over ruled by darkness and got into trouble.. Doctor who came along because he fixes trouble.. Anyhow him and Riku went back in time and Ven asked Riku to erase him and Riku was like "ZOMG WTF! VEN YOU EMO!" *checks wrists for slits*
Then the Doctor was all like "Based on my diagraphmistimuniaphlicitisdirectioningeometicalfr agmentionationalaphabilities I can use my TWUSTY SAWNIC SCOODIVER to erase you!" *BANG* and he accidently impreginated Ven and he had a little baby boy. Sora. Then he died because the baby had to come out SOMEHOW.. And the hole in his penis was a little small so it ripped it apart and he died from loss of blood..

Anyway. It is definatly not Riku. Unless Riku was directly linked to Ven.. And he was experiening memories from the castle in CoM.. Which woulkd explain why he was the age he was and why he was there anyway..
But its fairly unlikely its Riku..
