is there any hints or confirmation that for future kingdom hearts games billy zane will come back to voice villians such as xehanort

No I highly doubt it... He was awesome as Ansem (Xehanorts heartless) so I do really want him back, but I doubt it since he already left...

He was better than the guy from Kingdom Hearts II who did Ansem.

Yeah, absolutely. Why the change, though? I liked him. It was kinda interesting that the guy who did Batou's voice from Ghost In The Shell did Xehanort's(Xemnas) voice but I liked Billy Zane better. Much better. Just compare how the two voice actors did the part when Sora defeated Ansem and he called for kingdom hearts to "fill me with the power of darkness". Zane emoted much better.
