About when in the game did the concept vid take place?

I think it happened about 75% through the game, then MX realizes his "mistake" (whatever that is), and Ven's heart is either stolen or has something done to it.

This isn't a theory, I'm just curious to see everyone's opinions.

Oops, I changed the title, but not my post. The title originally was, "Do you think the concept vid was the last battle?" I should have edited my post sooner.

The Video took place throughout various times in the game not just at one certain time, but I would think sometime from... like about 10 to 95%..

It takes place through most of the game, we dunno.

Actually, Nomura said "The Secret Ending, is an image for a scene in BBS, therefore the title of the game is also the same. However because it is difficult to express a violent battle as a playable content, The Secret Ending, is an image to the end", most likely meaning it will be the scene before the final battle or string of battles...

I know that the Battling scene was set for the very ending. I was just saying that the Leaked trialer could be from anywhere in the game from probably 10-90%

The Secret Ending happens near the end, and as Omni said, most likely before the final battle/string of final battles.
As for the leaked trailer, it could have clips from all throughout the game.
But of course, it could also have clips that won't even be in the game.
But I doubt it, I was just thinking back to the old KH2 trailers which had scenes that did not make the final cut into KH2. (I miss some of those scenes...)
