In the Birth by Sleep trailer when MX froze Ven. I notice that before he completely froze him he turns in shady all black magic. Is that when MX took his heart or did something to it then Terra ask later. "What have you Done to his Heart"? I need answers......

Well, if you're looking for answers you came to the right place. If you're looking for correct answers, you're outta luck.
In case you haven't noticed, we (I) don't know.

Other than that, I think Nomura confirmed that KH2FM trailer as the end of the game, or something near it.
I don't have any proof.

I think we all noticed that one a long time ago... but we really have no clear idea of what it means (though I lean towards it having been a "killing-blow", as it were, and the freezing magic basically kept him safe from whatever the first magic did.

I think it was just for effect. Maybe it was the heat being removed from his body so he frozed better?

Clearly he's making some sort of Chilled Ven Dessert. Inject sum darknezz, then freeze solid for a few hours while tossing off a cliff. It's delicious :3

In FF games,Dark version's of some magic exist and those usually be more powerful than the normal ones.

From my guess,MX used Dark Blizzaga and in KH,Dark magic,when used usually show signs of the Darkness element.

it looks like the dark stuff is some type of dark fire cuz it burns his cape away in the clip. then he's frozen. that's what i see anyway

First, it's Blizzaga, or if you're referring to a version that accessable it's Blizzagun.
Second, MX is either using darkness to invoce Blizzaga and freeze Ven plus making it an unbreakable ice since Aqua stares as like his trap in there.

If he took his heart, he still wouldn't be alive.
And the Secret Ending happens at the end of BBS which would imply that Terra asks that before Ven gets frozen. =/
