Yes I watched the whole damn thing.
He says people who submit to Darkness. He doesn't say people who use it, he says submit, as in give into it. He uses darkness himself so he is just a hypocrite one way or the other. He is obviously the bad guy.

Don't you think that there might be a chance Nomura is trying to pull a fast one. Master Xehanort was built from the ground up to bring back memories of Ansem (SoD). I mean I think that is too obvious. I'm not saying he's good or bad. I'm just saying it's not obvious in either direction.
