in pictures of kh 358/2 days you see alot of twilight town so i suspected that the castle for the nobodies wasnt ready

Well, I doubt Ansem could go there and let free all the creatures or what have you seeing as Xemnas had the disk and he knew the passwords to open up the lab. I'd assume that meant no one else could.

its possible that namine helped out aqua since they are both good. also its not impossible for aqua sneaking in to the pods

I think it would be. When the pod is opened they awake, so they would know.
