hearts reincarnating?

I thought that the logic of Xehanorts Heartless was false when he said all hearts return to darkness from whence it came. When one's heart is inconclusive of its power the fall to darkness is greater, for without the power of friends, love, etc. does the heart truly act upon darkness. Xehanorts heartless was fixated on hatred and darkness in general being the true power of all, not to mention that KH of all worlds lied within the dark realm.

Keep in mind the time frame. In the events of BbS, since theres a 10 year time difference between BbS and KH1, Sora and Riku would be 4 and 5 during Birth by Sleep, respectively.
