Rumor Stupor - A Kingdom Hearts Anime?

I read that Tetsuya Nomura had said somthing in a magazine before, and he said that instead of a anime series, he metioned more about Theactrical movie. That was in 2002 though. *but he has been busy, so idk..* Because that rumor has been going on for a while now.. i hope this is true though!!! :)

it would be kool if Kingdom Hearts was an anime, i mean its no surprise they would make cuz we already have a manga version of it. it would be if it was like KH1 26 episodes, KH CoM as a movie in theaters, and KH2 with like 30-50 episodes and they can include episodes based on the novels that they came out with. i say they should go for it ^__^

and as far as the voice actors go, im fine with an all new cast just as long as they match the characters. actually im just sick of Haley Joel Osment.... he did a horrible job in KH2. he lacked "feeling" u know what i mean? and they should also change arieth's voice. everyone else was fine, even Jesse MaCartny did better than stupid Haley.

Maybe it could have been a different series, and nothing to related to Square-Enix?

If it really is the Kingdom Hearts, I'm not jumping in joy. An anime series just sounds ridicilous.

i think the Kingdom Hearts franchise deserves to have an anime show. I mean lets just look at the facts here. Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2 did great in capturing game fans. I mean look at all of us right now, we're all at the edge of seats and excited to find out that there will possibly be an anime show. Chain of memories for hand held did great, Final Mix and KH2Final Mix + did great in japan but also intrigued KH fans around the world as well. Now with the new announcement of the three upcoming games and the possibility of hearing about a KH3 announcement at the upcoming Square Enix event has us biting our nails. Having an anime show will be the best thing to happen for us fans and I guarantee the anime will do great and if it becomes a tv series it will be even better. I mean inuyasha must have at least 20-30 episodes per season. These anime story writers can make make 2 seasons out of just KH1 and then a season 3 out of Chain of memories and then another 2 seasons out of KH2 and then who knows maybe even side stories in the episodes about the three upcoming games. Ya never know..all i gotta say and obviously you can tell that i sure damn hope they make this anime and it comes to US asap

I hope they don't make it into a anime, i would settle for a movie though as long as its cg animated like the final fantasy 7 advent children. because i've had this dicussion before with a friend and we decided if they made it into an anime it would ruin kingdom hearts completely

If they are able to make it good and interesting,then it will not negatively effect the series and the fans will be pleased.

But I'd like a CGI movie more than an Anime.

I dont think there will be an anime serise as SE haven't made any ff anime. so i think they my just settle with a movie instaed, thats if there planning one any way. also i would like the movie in CGI, but ill still be happy with any type of movie they end up with. (fingers crossed)

Personally, I can't really hope that this rumor is true, yet I can kinda see that coming. ;_;

A CGI movie would make a lot more sense though, in my opinion. It's more of a Square-Enix thing.

FFVII did have an anime. It wasn't very long, though.

Instead of a KH anime, I, too, would like to see a CG movie. Or, I would be less unhappy with that.

It would be cool there have been a coupel video games turned anime that worked and also Zoidberg there was also a FF anime called FF ultima
